Service Advisor - Full-time Position

Description: Must have the ability to greet each customer in a professional and courteous manner. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the customer has an easy, hassle-free experience in our service department. You will work efficiently and maintain a positive, friendly attitude toward the customer. You will accomplish this by addressing the customer's primary concerns, keeping the customer updated on the status of repairs, and ensuring the vehicle is repaired right the first time and delivered back to the customer when promised. You will coordinate and schedule repairs with our service technicians and manage the flow of business throughout the day.

Minimum Experience, Skills and Education:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variable situations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires.
  • Ability to use technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail a must.

Compensation Estimate: $50,000 - $100,000+ per year
